Sterns Musina’s staff’s attitude is a joke!!

The staff is extremely Rude it’s utterly disgusting!! I called in with a request and asked them to check some Items for me and those ladies spoke to me like I’m some type of idiot…..I literally spent a whole hour of trying to explain what exactly it is I wanted,even gave them the SKU’s to the items however they weren’t willing to assist,instead they sounded annoyed by my request!! They have poor communication skills and poor customer care!!they run that store as though they running a ****a shop it’s infuriating!!if they don’t want to assist customers they might as well disconnect their phones and close their doors!!the First Lady I spoke to was Rivonia who then went on lunch without helping me,I then called back(mind you I’m using MY AIRTIME and my time)and spoke to a lady who answered the call by saying “And then!!!”aggressively who did not state her name.
