Sterns Mummed Service

In early February I took my 'Tempo' watch for the strap repairs, to the : Sterns Store in Johannesburg, Ellof Street, and to date I haven’t been contacted by the store with regards to the progress for the job requested. The numbers on the slip are invalid, and their Cape Town call centre responded to say I need to contact that store, of which the numbers are not working.

The store doesn't have an email address. I'm frustrated because I need my watch now.
