2 weeks before my wedding I purchased a set of wedding rings for R7999.00 , the wedding took place on the 30th of March 2018 ...

The rings have faded and are in a bad condition it's not even a month however I'm told that Stern's cannot change the rings or do anything about it because it's 30 days after the purchase...

That is nonsense I can't spend so much money and only wear something for 2 weeks then I'm told it cannot be exchanged.
