On the 17/06/2023 I put in a lay-bye for a ring, I had to pay R1000 deposit. The 25/06/2023 a week later I went in and advised I would like to cancel the lay bye I was then informed that they do not have cash, I should leave my contact details they will get back to me. 2 days later I called the store to follow up I was told “we do not have cash yet, we will call you when we do” we are going onto the second week and no call nothing?? A whole TFG GROUP HAS NOT HAD A CASH SALE OF R1000???? Please I want my hard earned cash urgently.
