Sterns just cancels orders whenever they feel like it

Horrible service and customer care. I found the perfect watch and checked on there website. So I bought it, it was in the "processing" stage for a week just for me to login one day and see it's been cancelled. How do you pay for something wait longer than 5 working days then just cancel it without even contacting me, let me know it's been cancelled, apologize. Nothing, just a finger and move on. But thanks, won't touch this shop again.
