Sterns Jabulani

System has not been working at the Jabulani Mall store for an entire week. I have driven to the store from Monday until today attempting to make one simple purchase. I'm very unhappy about this because even the staff don't seem care and as a store there has been no urgency to resolve this issue. TFG will not reimburse me for my troubles and I'm constantly told to come back check which is also at my expense
