Sterns is the worst - want my money back

I won't recommend anyone to order online from them, they send me the wrong information and the wrong purchase number I'm spouse to receive my jewelry as yet but no one even knows where is my order Is took my money and don't care anymore to even assist u have send numerous emails with no response and numerous times I tried to phoned no answer or when eventually someone picks up they provide you with an email to send them an email and then no feedback again, no response from them, I need someone in management to assist me with a refund so I can go the a jewelery shop that actually knows what they are doing and actually have staff that is willing to assist its been a week and I have no response as yet where my order is,, I want my money back
