Sterns insurance took me for a ride 😡😡😡

I bought a cell phone with the company and had insurance on it and it was ****** and I reported the matter to them, they declined my case and I appealed never got a reply.

3 months down the line they still debited my account meanwhile the contract was over I even have references but whenever I call and ask what's going on the call center people pick up the phone only to be quiet and make me a fool meanwhile am busy hello hello no response but the phone is picked up.

Now I don't know what to do please someone help me.
