Sterns in greenacress=BAD SERVICE. no refund,no repair

I bought a Tempo watch from Sterns in Greenacress Mall, Port Elizabeth. Of which I encountered very bad service. My watch is still under guarantee and during this time that I have had it, it broke three times. Tempo has fixed it twice and with the last time they sent a letter stating that the watch cannot be repaired because they do not have the parts.

I spoke to the regional manager and he refused to give me a new watch. He said;" well it's not like the watch broke shortly after it's been fixed. So I asked;" so the watch have to break January, February and March for me to get a new watch?" Seeing that he said the watch need to break consecutively.

Then he said he'll ask a "local" person he knows who works with watches for a part. Even if its not the same. But still refuses to give me a new watch or my money back.

Sterns in greenacress is just bad news and I'll never buy anything from them. They don't follow procedure and they are not consistent. I feel like they trying to make money out of people.
