Sterns has the worst service

Sterns at greenstone mall edenvale honnestly has the worst service you can ask for , i got engaged in june and the ring i bought for my fiancè was a bit big , the ring size was an M and her finger is a K- so we sent the ring in to have it made smaller , the ring came back the exact same size after paying R350 , a couple of months went by and we sent it back in to have it resized AGAIN and had to pay R1055 cause the ring was no longer under waranty cause we sent it in the first time , the ring came back and it is even worse they sent it in and the ring was cut and bent shut there is a gap and its not even a solid ring anymore they did not weld it where it was cut the ring is *****ed and bent out of shape the staff there is absolutely horrible and rude , and you will get the worst service you can imagine
