Sterns Greater Edendale Mall

I received bad service from a lady at sterns in Edendale Mall, the other lady was busy with a customer so she called this other lady to come and assist me but when she saw me she said to the one that called her "you are calling me here for payment you wasting my time" she didn't even greet i greated her and she answered with an attitude worse service ever. If we are not allowed to pay our accounts at sterns please just let us know rather then giving us bad treatment
