Sterns Golden walk Germiston. Very bad client service.

I highy recommend people not to buy from Sterns. First off, the quality of the jewelry is very poor, i bought a engagement ring from them in December 2022, not even month passed and one of the diamonds fell out, luckily the repair was quick. So 3 months after the repair, another diamond fell out, so i went to Germiston Sterns to get it repaired, now i thought the process will be same as the first time, but just to get into the shop was a battle of it's own, the music it the shop is so loud that the workers can't even hear the door bell, and once you get in you have to shout so that the ******** workers can hear you, and what an attitude they have... Any way, the end up saying i don't have a warranty all though it very clearly states at the back of my receipt i have a 6 month warranty if the item gets damaged deu to bad quality. But i just fell for the **** stories and gave them the ring so that they can give me a quote on the repair, they said it will take about 2 days for me to receive the quote, ended up only getting it 8 days later, and to a huge surprise the quote was almost dubble the amount i payed for the 3 piece ring just to replace a very very small simulated diamond (glass) .. So i declined the qoute and received it back 2 weeks later.. What a bunch of chancers..
