Visited the store yesterday and absolutely disgusting and pathetic service from Verola. Asked for help and was ignored. Asked again and she rudely said she will check for the necklace I wanted. I found it myself I asked to purchase it and she rudely snapped at me saying she's busy. She was standing doing nothing. Lost yourself a good sale because of your abrupt rude disrespectful employee. Shocked that your staff don't even acknowledge a customer and when they do its with extreme RUDENESS and blatant disrespect. Train your staff especially Verola to know some basic social etiquette.
