Sterns Festival Mall bad service

I am utterly disgusted with the service I received from Sterns Festival Mall on Saturday 24/09/2022. I went into the store to get my ring resized and the ladies in the store just gave bad service. A lady by the name on Enhle asked what I needed help with and I explained what I needed . she proceeded to ask when I had purchased the ring and I said " oh by the way, I purchased it at Sterns Irene mall and not here". Her response to me was ( I quote ) " Did you here the question?, I asked when you purchased the ring and not where ". She then left me standing there and disappeared for another few minutes until another lady eventually assisted me. I am disappointed in the service I received in that store as a paying customer. utterly utterly disappointed.
