STERNS EASTGATE SUCKS

I purchased a ring, at Sterns in eastgate mall, around the 24th Of November 2024, it needed re-sizing, so they booked it in and told me it will be ready to collect by wednesday, 27-11-2024, no communication has come from them, when calling the store they do not answer, and when they decide to do so, they answer and drop it before you can speak to them, the last lady who answered mentioned she will get back, and did not! Sterns is a big brand for such disappointing service, I have purchased many times before, but now I am not thinking to do it again! Just give me whats mine! STOP HIRING PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO WORK!!
