STERNS disgusting service
I am appalled at the service by the of the Customer Service Jewellery Team. I ordered a personalised necklace for my daughters 16th birthday. Order was placed well in advance and deposit paid. I was promised it would be ready for pick up before her/ the day of her birthday. I have tried to call them about 50 times in the last 5 days, no one answers, i left a message, no one calls me back!!! NOW SHE WILL HAVE NO BIRTHDAY GIFT. Nabo was the person i spoke to, i will never do business with them again and I am closing my account.
