Im very disappointed at the service my mum got from you store in the Northwest, Mmabatho Megacity Mall. My mum bought earings for R699.99. One broke and sent it for a quote to fix, with all metal pieces present. Instead they fixed the earings, without giving us the quote first and are demanding R799.99 for having fixed those earings. How on earth does on buy earings for 699.99 and to fix one of the pair is 799.99. Day light *******. I feel we've been ****med sterns is a ****.
