STERNS (******)

Purchased a white gold ring for my partner last year on the 10th of july 2018. This year on the 08th of june 2019 i returned it to the shop because one of the rubbies in the ring fell out. They informed my partner that they will send the ring to their manufacturer to see if it was a manufacturing fault.

I went back to the store 2 weeks later and they told me it was not a manufacturing fault and we had to pay for the replacement of the stone.

I would not recommend anyone to buy there. I purchased a R500 ring from edgars in 2015 and not once did one of its stones fall out or anything. My partner takes good care of her Jewellery "STERNS since 1896" Bad customer service.

Up until now we have not heard anything from them and they still have the ring ,today is the 19th of August 2019
