Sterns Clearwater. I was served by RUDE and ARROGENT Palesa twice this week. She was so rude I couldn't even ask questions that I needed to, she wanted me to leave ASAP. Today 25/05/18 I went to collect and she was worse than day one, it was difficult to even get a validation certificate which she TOLD me I have which I wouldn't have asked for if I had. She made my entire experience of purchasing REVOLTING.

What a pleasure it was dealing with the store manager Teresa. She assisted me accordingly and most of all efficiently. She made sure my experience was 100% better. Thanks to Teresa I got the ring I liked.
