Sterns cheated us our money over a watch

The dissatisfaction is beyond me. I am finished with the way business is conducted at Sterns, my husband bought me a watch from the Moruleng Mall Sterns store and days later the belt started shading off colour. We returned this to the store for it to be repaired but that was in OCTOBER 2018. EIGHT (8) months ago. We have tried speaking to the store people, I have sent messages on facebook and emails but no attention is given to this. So at this point, we just donated money to Sterns, because we have no refund, no new watch and not even the old one. You are a big brand, please don't treat us like this even though losing two customers wont make you lose sleep. But STERNS purchases from us, NO MORE.!!! I truly did not expect it from Sterns.
