Sterns Bethlehem freestate

I am so disappointed in Sterns i went to sterns in Bethlehem Freestate down town today i entered the store at 16:45 i wanted to exchange my ring becouse it was small then a lady named Rouda who works there told me that they have already packed the rings i should go to Sterns in Dihlabeng mall they close at 18:00 , i asked her what time they close she says at 17:00 then i told her its not 17:00 yet its actually 15 minutes before she was so cheeky and told me i should go to dihlabeng mall and told the lady that shes working with to close the door they want to go home
