Sterns Baywest is ****

On 27 December 2019 I went into Sterns Baywest to look for something fabulous in Rose Gold. I found the ring of my dreams and it was marked down as well! However, the salesperson there tried everything in the book to get me not to purchase the ring. I was quite surprised as I was under the (incorrect it seems) impression that Sterns employs sales people to sell their product not discourage the public from purchasing their dream jewellery. I eventually left the store disheartened and minus the ring. I then decided to visit Sterns in Greenacres and thank the universe I found a very helpful salesperson there. Suffice to say I now have a Rose Gold ring. Just waiting to get it resized. Thank you Sterns Greenacres for your excellent service. Baywest Sterns you will only see me as I pass by your store on my way to other shops.
