Horrible customer service from this shop. Both me and my mom got a ring from my sister for Christmas. My ring is too small for me but my moms is a couple of sizes bigger and fits. I went to the shop to find out about sizing the ring and was informed that it is going to cost me almost double what we paid for the ring to resize it and according to the lady in the store they only stock one size ring. Even after I showed her my moms ring is not the same size as mine she shrugged and again just said they only stock one size. I have tried twice to swap the ring for a bracelet or necklace but this lady is no help. She doesn't even try to assist with suggestions or letting you look at other options. Her answers are just no cant do this, cant do that, dont have this. . . So now I am sitting with a ring I cant wear and my only option is to have it resized for +-R1400 when the ring only cost R750
