Disappointed with Quality and ServiceI’m extremely disappointed with the quality of a ring my boyfriend purchased for me from Sterns Jewelers. The ring was sold as sterling silver, but it quickly began to discolor and show signs of the silver plating wearing off — something that shouldn’t happen with genuine sterling silver.

I returned the ring and was told it would be replated. That in itself raised a red flag, as a true sterling silver piece shouldn’t need plating. Unfortunately, within just two months, the same issue happened again. The ring is once again discolored, and it’s clear that the problem was not resolved properly the first time.

This experience has left me disappointed and questioning the authenticity of the materials used. For a store with Sterns' reputation, I expected better quality and accountability. If i could rate my review a zero i would've.
