Hi I'm Mrs. Abraham's I just want to bring this to ur attention that I'm not happy with the service I got from Sterns in Vangate mall cos I purchased a ring from them n not even less then a month the stone came lose which the claws of the ring wasn't properly fix now I launched a complain and they tell me it's not their problem but the day I purchased the ring the shop assistant let the ring drop on the floor n the box she forced the ring in wasn't even the original box. Now I'm battling to get a other ring or my money back but they refuse to help me
