Regarding the cheap steel chain with steel name plate Sterns made me. I took the brand new chain to the store for them to cleaning/dipping apparently…and guess what’ it didn’t work. The chain remained in it’s cheap state and the ladies in store were very surprised. They sent it back to their head office on the 16th and Im still waiting for feedback-today 23rd. Yes, I get their policy, but fir Sterns to send me a chain like that and then want to re make a other one. What makes them think I want to do business with them again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! 1st impressions last. I don’t want it cleaned or made with less rhodium. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED!
