Staff lies

Went to return a ring. Got told they don't do refunds. They told us to drive to Centurion. There is no Sterns at Centurion. I hate when staff refuses to help and lies about going to another branch for assistance. I want Reginal Manager to explain why they are hiring incompatent people.
