Staff communication

Stern eastgate staff have been the most unhelpful people. I took my wifes rings to get cleaned. After 3weeks of no feedback and call me the shop multiple times the staff said they would call their supplier to check how far they are with the process and promised to call me back. I delt with about 4 ladies who work their and none called me back. I had to drive there multiple times to find out what happening. The store Manager Thuli also said she would call me back and nothing. I eventually called to again only for them to tell me the rings have come back. Communication of the staff working there is absolutely understandable...
