I brought (silver)wedding rings for me and my wife at Sterns River side mall May 2018 i also pay them for resizing cause the rings didn't fit properly,, I put them in my safe at home because my wedding was on the 22 December 2018 we only put them for 2 days, on the 24 December 2018 I phone Sterns River side to tell them that Silver is coming off now the rings looks old,,they told me to bring them with the slip i did that on Friday 28 December 2018 they told me that regional manager will see them on Monday 31 December 2018 that's today..now I received a call from Sterns River side they told me that they can't help me, because I brought the rings on May 2018,,come on guys but my wedding was on the 22 December 2018...it's hurt so bad cause we just got married and now we don't have a rings on our finger..please help we brought expensive rings we didn't expect the silver to come out so quickly...please exchange those rings for us.....
