Silver wedding ring turns BLACK

Don't even waste your money going to Sterns. I purchased my wedding ring from them, the ring turned black after a month of me wearing it, we took it back to Galleria, they sent it away and a week later called and said they deep cleansed it and replated it. A month later the same thing happens, I took it back again, they sent it away again. They called me again, I went to collect it, then the manager tells me it's the way I wear the ring, now I know I wear my rings ONLY when I go out, I don't shower with them, I don't wash anything with them, I take good care of my rings (hence my also silver engagement ring from Sterns is perfectly fine) .. Then she promises it has been double plated and they were guaranteed it won't happen again. Low and behold not even a mpnth and it's black again, field manager got involved and we had to send it to quality control and after a 4 week wait, I get a call from Angie saying the ring was sent back and it was just dirt from the way I wear the ring. I am insulted, angry, frustrated and sick and tired. If this was a dirt issue, why replate the ring???? Why are my other rings perfectly fine? I REFUSE to fetch the ring, I've requested a report get sent to my email and I will be taking it further, this is completely unacceptable.
