Sies!!

I bought a "Gold Necklace" at Sterns Greenacres, we asked the sales consultant if it was Gold she said yes, we paid R2900 for the necklace just for it to turn solid black, I took it back to get it cleaned and turns out that it was not gold, I then asked why the consultant did not mention that it wasn't gold and the explanation I got was all the staff are new!!!! I am trying to contact the lady that will be able to help as the area manager is on leave and was given 2 different numbers and am still unable to get hold of someone to help me. Not happy at ALL!!! Do not recommended that anyone spend their money at any of their stores.
