Shoddy & *********** Service

I own 2 DIESEL BIG DADDY Watches which I have taken to the Lephalale branch to have the batteries replaced. The first repair took 3 months. The one watch went in again, in October 2019, they have still not been returned. I went into the store yesterday to see if they had been returned. Arrive at the store to blaring music that sounds like a night club. Needless to say, the watch has still not been returned & nobody knows where it is. Can you please arrange for this watch to be returned to me so that I can take it to someone else who knows what they are doing and acts like a professional. My last complaint was NEVER EVEN ANSWERED. Please get this watch returned to me as a matter of urgency. I will NEVER EVER use one of your outlets or retail stores again YOURS IN DISGUST.
