settlement letter
Hi my name is David Monametsi,I have an account at Sterns and was in arrears but managed to pay off my debt and communicated with collection department. They never got back to me since 2months ago,I've been requesting paid off letter since then,my life is at hold as I cant do alot of things without that letter. I want the letter since I don't owe them anymore!<br> <br> I have send them proof of payments but no response still.<br> <br> <br> <br>
