<p>I bought a ring at sterns Kathu village mall. No one told me it was plated and it was ment for our wedding anniversary. They only tikd me I could stretch it at Kuruman. when I got to kuruman the sales lady told m that the ring is plated and the gold will go off. to my amazement nobdy at Kathu told me that. I wanted my money back so I could look for something else at galaxy or other jewelers. Now I can't even get my money bcse they dont have cash and not willing to drive 104km up and down to get my money back. I'm highly dissapointed in your service and will never use it again. What was supposed to be a great gift was now the worst experience.</p>
