Service not rendered

I bought a watch at bash online from sterns On my second day wearing it the glass fell off, took it to sterns carnival mall as it's the closest to me,when I arrived at the store taking the watch out showing the consultant the glass fell and it broke.

8 weeks later I received an SMS to collect my watch, to my suprise it is not fixed, why I do not know, horrible service received from sterns.

I'm never buying anything from them ever again.

You lost a customer for good.
