Sells reject jewelry do not buy from them ever

These people sell reject jewelry. Bought gold sleeper earrings and the earrings does not have the piece that can go into a child's ear only a small piece sticking out. Asked the store to look but they said they cant take it back anyway because it touched a child's ear. if the item is a reject how the hell can you not take it back. I'm sending a mail to the CEO of the Foschini group because the manager was to call me back but didnt.
