scratches and black marks ring.

We bought two engagement rings at sterns (Irene village mall) both of them went for re-size which we paid for again. The male ring quality is not so great, the ring has black things and scratches, I only used the ring 2 weeks. I am a very clean and careful person. i do not do home chaos and I work in an office which i doubt i would have damaged the ring. we went to the store for assistance and which was never given to us.
