Rude Staff Member

I went to sterns in Richards Bay on the 25/09/2022 to collect a watch that had been sent in for repairs. When i got there i was assisted by a Lady (Sli) her attitude is DISGUSTING. She does not have a clue what customer service is. I really wonder how she was appointed for the Role. As she could not help me when i was at the shop she clearly told me that i had to come back when (Khosi) the lady that assisted with sending my watch for repairs was in. And i asked her why can't u help me because u are here, or bettwr explain to me how the procesure or process of the store works as i dont work here and i dont know how are things done. That when she was shouting at me and causing a scene at the shop. But i would like to thank Lynnette who toke charge and assisted me. By liaising with Khosi and made sure to call me back to tell me whats the story so i can get this issues resolved. I then went back to the shop on the 30/09/2022 to collect a new watch.
