I bought my niece a watch at sterns and the watch suddenly stopped working and she took it to Acornhoek mall Sterns on the 21st November 2018 and she was told the watch will return on the 21st December 2018 then when we went to the store to enquirer they said we will get it on the 31st December 2018. We called again in January 2019 again we were fed lies. I don’t care about the watch anymore I want my money straight and simple. Useless company ruined a chance of my niece enjoying her gift. Give me back my money, you have a week I will go to another store ******* nxa
