Rings

I sent to sterns at Jabulani Mall. They service is poor. The price on thats on the display is not the same as the one on the system. My ring was R2 800 then I had to pay R3000 evn my husband's ring was R2800 and I ended up paying R3000. The lady lyes to me saying that these no manager in the shop. When you ask they keep on changing stories. When I was fetching my ring after two weeks hense it was booked go for resize. The lasy wrote my numbers wrong I didn't een get the Ref no to collect I just went there and I heard to call out my number.. Luckily the last 3 were wrong.. I payed the ring cash instead she wrote it laybe "costomer Lady".. Poor serving they just don't care.
