Ring size

greetings, I am a Sterns customer for some time now and on both occasions i was not satisfied. My husband bought me a wedding band at your shop, even after measurements, the ring came back very big and the sales person insisted that the ring is my size. We were again expected to pay for re-sizing of the ring even if the shop got the wrong size.
