Ring came back in terrible state after resizing

<p>I purchased a ring from Sterns Century City however the ring was too big at the time and I decided to take it to Sterns Eikestad Mall as it is closer to where I work. I received the ring back an hour ago and whilst driving home I realised that the front of the ring was left unpolished (see attached picture). I immediately called the store to inform them about the state of the ring. The sales lady demanded that I come back immediately because her bosses won't believe her if I bring the ring back the next day. I told her that there is no way I can drive back and I won't be in the area tomorrow. Now I am sitting with a damaged ring and have to drive back to Stellenbosch tomorrow (note that this is an extra trip for me). I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service received at Sterns Eikestad Mall. At this point I do not know if I still want the ring considering the state it is in now.</p>
