return of wedding ring

I got married on the 30 of September2017 on the 22September2017 my ring was send away for resized. A month and a half 1 of the gems fell out of my ring I took the ring back to N1 city Sterns where it was purchased on the 28 November 2017.On the 15December I went back too collect the ring it was said to me thy cant fix the ring now I will have too wait for the new year .What a disappointment because I don't have my ring long and I paid alot of money for it now thy can't repair. Am so.angry for.the service I will never buy at.Sterns again am still waiting on someone to call me back bad service
