Resize of the ring

I bought an engagement ring Assisted by Onnica at Sterns Jewelries. I took it back around the 23rd of December, 2015 to resize, it was bigger. I called to check it on the 18th of January 2016 and I was requested to come to the store, Shop 91 Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg. When I got to the store, I was told the ring is lost. I was then given another ring similar to it. I requested for it to be reduced as it was the same size as the previous one. When I went to fetch the ring on 21/01/2016 it was more bigger, they increased the size.
