Refund complain

I want a refund and they don't want to help me. I bought a ring on the 30th November 2024 and I am always told they don't have money and that I will be called when they make a cash sale but till now they haven't. Sterns Mall at Carnival, Eastrand mall and Festival mall. I need my money before they tell me about the 30 days policy.
