RECKLESS LENDING FAILURE TO PROTECT THE COUNTERPART ON FURTHER DEBT.

I called the customer service dept this morning on *** and spoke to Lorna whom refused to provide me her surname, then transferred to Agnus Heunis with regards to account *** in the name of J Dayal whom is my husband and we are married COP. (Community of property). his ID number is ***. i requested that the account be place on hold/frozen. We are currently in the process of a divorce, Divorce summons issued on the 28/03/2019 received by the defendant on the 24/07/2019 case number KZN/DBN/RC 001897. being married COP hold me liable for 50% of the debt according to the NCA. this account was fully paid up. I recently noticed that the plaintiff is currently making purchases on the account. with immediate effect the account has to be frozen. Agnus refused to amend the account accordingly. I would like to place on record if this account is not suspended until the divorce is finalised and any new purchased continued. I will hold sterns liable for reckless lending and refuse any liability to the debt. please confirm your actions immediately
