RCS/TFG Trying to squeeze blood from a rock... Kicking a lying man...

The following sms has reference:

STERNS has attempted to contact you for payment arrangements. Please contact us URGENTLY on *** or ***. NCRCP36

This is not true. The only number that has phoned me twice today and I've yesterday was a "private number".

Every time I answered that private number call there was nobody. The firs time I answered there was only music playing. The next time there was just nothing.

I won't answer any private number again.

I will note this and if I see you charge me for collection calls that no one spoke to me I'm gonna make some big noise everywhere including the NCR.

If you can't make proper phone calls or if im busy working and can't answer and entertain your calls then why don't you send me an email and tell me what you want to tell me and I can reply to the email and so we have everything in writing and on record. It's a win win situation. No excuse not doing that.

These alleged phone calls is jus to add more and more money on to ones already arrear account just to make more and more money.

I spoke to a lady from RCS last week about my TFG account and explained my situation and my problem.

It seems this had no effect whatsoever. As the threatening sms and alleged private number music only calls continue several times a day (Nat credit act.... ).

So this is why I like to do things in writing so I can refer back to what I said, and to your answer, and not be harassed (at a cost ever time) even after explaining myself.

You see, where I normally had R6000 left after ALL my debts (including RCS and TFG).

But since February up until now the interest rake hikes, fuel and food hikes is starting to kill me financially. That R6000 I was left with has suddenly been eaten up by my bond, and my vehicle finance and a increase of my municipality utility bill from R950 on average until January and then rising to between R2500 and R1700 per month ever since.

So I can't pay at the moment. I intend to do so as soon as I can. A little bit when I get my Bonus in September, and paying a little more every month whenever interested rates go down again.

Every .05 basis points the interest rates go up my bond goes up with approximately R1000. Calculate that since February....

Same with my Iemas personal loan which are both deducted from my salary. Also going up by about R800 every time. Then there is my vehicle payment also in the same difficulty.

So a person who lived easily with R6000 in the pocket suddenly find himself not being able to buy Fuel for the car, or sufficient food for the house. Suddenly there isn't enough money in my bank after receiving my pay for the Debit orders to go off. Of you are short with only R50 the debit order still return.

And for each return there is excessive fees and penalties. Suddenly the whole world is going down around me and I am sinking into distress and bad debt, not because I am a bad payer but because Suddenly my money is disappearing because of price hikes and interest rates.

But surely TFG and RCS hasn't got any cares about that. Pay this amount IMMEDIATELY says another RCS sms.

At the moment I cant.... I explained this last week to the lady calling me... But this has no effect it seems. Only promise I can make is to try and rectify in September when I get my yearly bonus. (My holiday money normally), that I will use this year to fill the holes of dispair and catch up with my debts. But RCS/TFG won't have anything to do with that. Pay NOW they threaten. And in the meantime thye will load my account with interest on interest and hundreds more rands on sms email and calls that I did not receive or spoken to anyone....

I don't know where to anymore...
