Purchase problems
<p>I visited a Stern's jewellery store at The Groove mall in Gauteng Pretoria. We loved a ring on display and decided to buy it on account. The price on is R8499 however when scanned on the systems it changed to R10000. This did not sit well with me and my spouse as I felt we are being penalised the store's mistake. I still want to buy it but they refused. Please intervene because I really want that ring.</p>
