Poor Standard Product
<p>I bought my wife a Minx watch on the 1st of May 2016 as a Mothers Day present. The watch has been used for just over 4 months now and the strap is damaged due to normal wear and tear. We visited the Cradlestone Mall branch and the lady working there informed us that the strap is nt under guarantee and they do not stock straps. This is really sub-standard. Do I have to buy a new watch every 4 months?</p>
