POOR SERVICE- STERNS

Good day With the greatest regret, I would like to inform you about the poor service received from Sterns. I was gifted a pair of nice gold pearl earrings, I did researched and saw that these earring are expensive. In less then 3 months one of the earrings pearl came loose. The earrings I used only occasionally. I then went to one of the sterns stores to ask if it can be fixed and that I am willing to pay for it, was told they cannot fix the earring I have to fix it myself. At that point I decided i will not buy any jewelry from sterns as the quality is not up to standard
